Overview
This update refines CART case list views so each queue shows more relevant cases based on ownership, status, case record type, and sub-status. The changes reduce noise in team-specific views and remove redundant list views that are no longer needed.

Updated List Views
- CART Team View: The CART Team list view now uses the New status filter for CART Case records, helping teams focus on newly submitted CART cases that need attention.
- CART Management View: CART Management now shows CART Cases that are not Closed and are in the Under Management Review sub-status, making management review work easier to identify.
- Pending Hearing Request View: Pending Hearing Requests now filter to CART Cases that are not Closed and have the Pending Hearing sub-status, improving visibility into active hearing-related requests.
- CART Volunteer Committee 1 View: This view now filters to CART Cases that are not Closed and are in Pending CART Review, helping committee members focus on active review items.
- Board of Directors View: The Board of Directors list view now filters to CART Cases that are not Closed and are in Pending BOD Review, keeping board review work separate from other CART activity.
- CART Reopened View: This view continues to show CART Cases with a Reopened status, helping users quickly identify cases that require follow-up after being reopened.
- CART Closed View: This view continues to show CART Cases with a Closed status, preserving access to completed CART cases.
Removed List Views
- CART Only: Removed because the remaining CART list views now provide more targeted filtering.
- CART Pending: Removed because pending work is now handled through more specific CART sub-status views.
