Crexi Commercial Listing Syndication

August 11, 2026

Overview

Commercial listings created in Matrix now have the option to syndicate out to Crexi Distribution.

Internal Content

For Commercial Sale and Commercial Lease listings, a new distribution option is available for listing syndication. Once in the Matrix Add/Edit wizard, clicking on the Realtor tab of COML and COMS listings will show Crexi as a new option under the Distribute To field.

Note: this option will show even if a broker has not yet opted into Crexi syndication. If the broker has not opted the office in, listings will not syndicate out to Cexi.
Additionally, if a listing was input before August 11, 2026 the listing will need to be manually edited in order for the listing to syndicate to Crexi. The checkbox will be checked by default even if the listing has not syndicated.
