Overview
The Preferred Office Contact will be accessible as a tile under “Broker Resources” in Stellar Central (see first screenshot below). Brokers will now have the ability to designate their preferred office contact for their office. For those managing multiple offices, selections can be made separately for each one (see second screenshot below).
We’re excited to announce that the 📇 Preferred Office Contact feature (for Brokers) will go live tomorrow morning!
The Preferred Office Contact will be accessible as a tile under “Broker Resources” in Stellar Central (see first screenshot below). Brokers will now have the ability to designate their preferred office contact for their office. For those managing multiple offices, selections can be made separately for each one (see second screenshot below).
The Preferred Office Contact information is what appears on listing distribution websites. Brokers will have three options to choose from for what is displayed:
- Select the office phone number listed in CRM for that office.
- Select the office email address listed in CRM for that office.
- Enter a custom, valid email address or phone number of their choice (see third screenshot below).
- The blue box will always display the option selected by the customer.
Please note:
- If the field was blank or contained an invalid entry, the value has been defaulted to the office phone number listed in the CRM record.
- Targeted Broker Communications will be distributed tomorrow at 12:00 PM.
