Issue: The "From" email address on Case communications was previously being determined by the Record Type. This resulted in incorrect sender addresses when Cases were moved between teams.
Resolution: The logic has been updated to determine the "From" address based on the Case Queue (QueueName__c). This ensures that the email sender matches the specific team currently handling the ticket.
