Overview
Stellar MLS Home Search is a consumer-facing home search experience powered by Cribio. It gives consumers an ad-free way to search accurate Stellar MLS listings directly from the source, without paid placement or a lead marketplace. Stellar MLS Home Search launced September 29, 2026, and is available through StellarMLS.com on desktop and mobile browsers at no additional cost.
The platform offers natural-language search, multilingual support, detailed search criteria, a mortgage calculator, and access to listing details such as Days on Website and the listing’s data source. Listing information refreshes approximately every 2.5 minutes,
on average, so updates appear close to real time.
The platform does not replace Matrix, OneHome, or MLS-Touch; it works alongside these professional tools.
When a consumer submits an inquiry, it is sent directly to the listing agent by default. Buyer agents can also share their personal Buyer Link with clients or customers to remain their preferred contact. To locate the Buyer Link, run an Agent Search and select
the appropriate agent’s profile. Consumers can select “Working with Agent” to update their preferred agent. Agents can select “Access Agent’s Buyer Link” to view their current search area, change the search area, enter a different listing, and copy their personal
Buyer Link to share with clients or customers.
Sold Data is available for listings sold in 2024 and forward.
