This is a courtesy notice to inform you of updates to a product that may be offered by your association.   

Several of Stellar MLS's local boards/associations participate in a product called The International MLS (IMLS). This platform aggregates real estate listings from multiple countries worldwide, giving brokers the opportunity to showcase their listings to an international audience.

While this tool is available only through certain associations, a broker may have associates who belong to a different association that participates in IMLS, even if that association is not the broker’s primary one.

For this reason, Stellar MLS provides all brokers the option to opt out of IMLS for their associates who have access to this tool. By default, listings are opted in.
