Overview
A new commercial syndication option was implemented through the Broker Portal settings. Brokers can now toggle whether they would like individual offices to have the option to syndicate commercial sale or commercial lease listings into the Crexi distribution platform.

Within the Stellar Broker Portal, a new section was added to the Listing Syndication page. Once an office is selected, a new window opens with all available syndication options. At the bottom of the page a new section titled Commercial Distribution was added with one option for Crexi Distribution.
If this is toggled on, a modal window to read the agreement is displayed and the user is required to check the checkbox to agree to the terms of use. Once saved, the toggle is set to on and options to view the terms and download the signed agreement become available.
This toggle simply allows listings to have the ability to sync. By default, Crexi will be selected on, but agents can turn off the Crexi distribution on any listing.
Note: the Crexi option will show for ALL listings, even if the Broker Portal setting is set to "No".
