Salesforce - Version 1.2.5

June 22, 2026

Overview

This release improves Salesforce case creation, case editing, notifications, Data Services intake, vendor management, and Rules & Regs publishing. The updates are focused on reducing duplicate emails, making case workflows more consistent, improving data accuracy, and ensuring published content reflects only active articles.

Internal Content

New Features
  • Data Delivery Questionnaire in Salesforce: Vendors and brokers can now submit Data Feed requests through a Salesforce-based questionnaire, creating a new Case tied to the submitted request data. This gives the Data Services team a consistent starting point for review, prioritization, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Vendor Management: Vendor companies can now be managed in parent-child account structures with shared functional contacts across related vendor entities. This helps keep vendor data accurate, avoids duplicate contact records, and supports Person Account compatibility rules.
Improvements
  • Case Field Controls: Priority, Case Origin, and Subject are now read-only when standard users edit a case. This helps preserve key case details after creation and reduces accidental changes during case updates.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where creating a case from a user account opened the old case form. The New button now opens the new case creation form.
  • Fixed an issue where case submitters could receive an extra email when a case priority changed after creation. Submitters should now receive only the appropriate case creation notification.
  • Fixed an issue where assigning a ticket to yourself triggered an assignment email. Users should now receive assignment emails only when someone else assigns a ticket to them.
  • Fixed an issue where articles archived from the Rules & Regs Published list view could still appear in the Full PDF. The Full PDF should now include only active published articles.
